Duncan and Hayley are the propietors of the Kingswinford.  Duncan grew up in a guest house on the

Isle of Wight which his Dad owned for many years only reluctantly giving it up due to health.  After moving to Torbay and doing other various jobs Duncan has gone back to his roots! 

Hayley has lived in Torbay most of her life, loves it here and would never leave. An ex business lady and a semi-professional flautist, Hayley loves meeting people so owning a guest house is the dream job... well, most of the time!.

You will be made to feel at home and we'll do our best to make your stay as pleasant and

enjoyable as possible.

A Full English Breakfast is served in the dining room between 8:15 and 9:15 each morning.

Other menu options are available. 

We have Family rooms, Double rooms Twin Rooms, and Single Rooms and each room comes

with an en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV with Freeview, Tea/Coffee making facilities and free WiFi.

Situated less than 2 minutes to Paignton Seafront and the town centre, the Kingswinford is in a prime location. The Railway and bus station are approx 5 minutes walk away.
